Heights Recreation Department
Andrew Feintuch, Director of Recreation, has announced two new contests, to be held, for the residents. The first contest is one for children grades 3 through 12. The essay is to be entitled "What Hasbrouck Heights Means to Me." The second contest is open to all children and adults. This one is to create a positive slogan designed to show the perseverance and dedication of the volunteers and borough employees after the devastating fire. All entries must have the persons name, address, and phone number, on the back of the entry. The winning slogan may be used on all Recreation Department shirts and uniforms. Entries must be dropped off to Mr. Feintuch, at the Recreation Department Office, which is now located in the temporary Municipal Offices, at 218-222 Boulevard. Any questions can be obtained by calling Mr. Feintuch, at 201-288-4143. |
