HHFD Installation Dinner
Hasbrouck Heights Fire Department

The Hasbrouck Heights Fire Department held their installation dinner for Fire Chief Robert Thomasey and the Department officers at The Venetian on January 30, 2004.

The program began with a benediction and talk by Fire Department Chaplain Joe Pickard.  Speakers included Fire Commissioner Thomas Meli, Mayor Roanld Jones and Fire Chief Robert Thomasey. 

Boro officials, Mutual Aid Fire Chiefs representing Wood-Ridge, Wallington, Little Ferry, Carlstadt, Moonachie and Lodi and other dignitaries attended.

Recognition was given to the immediate past Fire Chief Arthur Knobloch, Harry Maisch and to the various department personnel to include: presentation of ex-officer badges,  honorary membrships, etc. Floral bouquests were given to the Chiefs' wives. A slide presentation was given by the Metro Fire Photographers. Thomas Rubino provided an amusing viewpoint of the boro. Master of Ceremonies was former Fire Chief Tony Greco.

Former Fire Chief Tony Greco was Master of Ceremonies, Department Chaplin Father Joe Pickard gave the  benediction and 2nd Assistant Chief Angelo Roccamo made the toast.
