Reorganization Meeting
2017
On January 3, 2017, at about 6 p.m., a Sine Die
Meeting was held to conclude 2016 business.
Upon conclusion, the Hasbrouck Heights
reorganization meeting began with Mayor John
DeLorenzo, administering the Oath of Office to
Josephine Cioccia. Mayor of Allendale, Elizabeth
White, administered the Oath of Office to
Councilman Ron Kistner.
The Mayor and Council presented plaques to
out-going Council persons Sonya Buckman and
David Gonzalez.
There was a Salute to the Flag. Thomas Mason led
the singing of "God Bless America," and an
Invocation was given by Reverend Patrick M.
Mulewski, Pastor of Corpus Christi R.C. Church.
There was an announcement of council
assignments, consent agenda.
Councilman Justin A. DiPisa was appointed as
Council President: Councilman Russell Lipari as
Planning Board representative. Mayor DeLorenzo
made his appointments. Council members made
their comments.
Reverend
Mulewski provided the concluding Benediction.
The meeting was adjourned. Refreshments were
served in the Senior Center. ###
