Open Cockpit Day 2003
Teterboro Airport April 26, 2003

Four year old Katelyn was our "Tour Guide" during the Aviation Hall of Fame's Open Cockpit Day held April 26, 2003 at Teterboro Airport. The Museum opened the cockpits of selected aircraft for visitors of all ages to sit in and pretend to fly.

Aircraft included: H52 Coast Guard Helicopter -- Air/Sea Rescue, Martin 202 Passenger Air Liner, and an Army AH-1 Cobra Attack Helicopter.

Note: Due to the security situation at Teterboro Airport following September 11, 2001, the NJ Aviation Hall of Fame's Annual 'Wings and Wheels' show was cancelledfor 2002.  The Museum hopes to continue with the Wings and Wheels event and the Tri-State Aviation Expo in 2003.
