Ragamuffin Parade

On Saturday, October 25 at 1 p.m., the Annual Hasbrouck Heights Ragamuffin Parade began at Masonic Hall at Division Avenue and marched along The Boulevard sidewalk to the New Municipal Complex at Central Avenue for a "boo-t-ful good time".  Event sponsored by Mayors Celebration Committee.
